They were extremely responsive after a 2am emergency, got back to me right away, were able to come quickly, assess and finalize a quote true to their estimate, and had the entire problem, including permits and inspection, solved in under 3 hours. I called around twenty different places, and their quote was the most accurate to my expectations, didn't try to upset unnecessary repairs, and had the best communication of all the companies.
